Lumia Care presents an exciting FULL-TIME opportunity for an experienced & passionate Registered Nurse (RNs) to deliver high quality care to our clients, both elderly people on homecare packages and disabled people of all ages, living in their own private homes in the South-East & Bayside area.

This role covers the South-East territory with a particular focus on the BAYSIDE area and surrounding territory.
Key responsibilities:
Delivering clients clinical and personal care needs by:
· Admitting and assessing new clients including the development of comprehensive care and service plans
· Supporting clients and their family when dealing with clinical care needs
· Undertaking regular review and evaluation of client care and service plans
· Ensuring clients care plans are reviewed and evaluated in consultation with other staff, the client and family, the GP and other health professionals
· Completing ongoing reviews and maintain accuracy of long-term care plans
· Providing medication management (including administration) as required
What are looking for:
· Registered Nurse Division 1 with current AHPRA Registration
· Must have experience in - complex wound care, surgical drain management, PICC line management, Syringe driver management, catheterisation male and female.
· Experience in aged care - preferably with people living in the community
· Experience and capability in using computerised client care management systems
· Full Driver’s license – Australian
· Own car that is registered and insured
· Actively maintains professional skills and is up to date in current practices in aged care applicable to the role.
Must Have’s -
· Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available) and able to start immediately.
· Current Police Check (up to 2 years old)
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Complete Covid-19 Vaccinations 2 doses
· First Aid & CPR Certification
