Disability Support Workers Needed

 We are currently recruiting for qualified Personal Care Assistants or Disability Support Workers to join our care team to help care for two young clients that are from the same family (brother and sister).  The family is located in Croydon, City of Maroondah.

Client One - Young Male with Disabilities -

Our male client needs help with navigating social media and help with community access (transport).  He is looking for someone to teach him life-skills and help him do everyday tasks. Must have full Australian Drivers License and vehicle fitted with 6 airbags. Must speak fluent English. Looking for someone on the younger side of life to be a peer to him preferably. Shifts are Monday-Thursday 2:45pm-6pm weekly.

Client Two - Young Female with MND and high-functioning Autism. She is looking for someone to assist her with personal care, grooming, companionship, meal preparation, shopping and pick up and drop off to school.  Manual wheelchair bound. Must have full Australian Drivers License and vehicle fitted with 6 airbags. Must speak fluent English. Looking for someone on the younger side of life to be a peer to him preferably. Her shifts are -

We are looking for experienced carers as their mum is also not well so it is a complex household to work in and can be at times chaotic.

We are open to casual workers and can discuss the potential of part-time work for the right candidates.  We are looking for a team of carers to help this family so more than one role is available.
