  You will have experience working in the aged care sector as a Carer.  You are compassionate and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional holistic care.
 
We are currently recruiting casual HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE Personal Carers to service our growing clients in and around the MORNINGTON PENINSULA.
 
Our clients:
 
·       Are located down the Mornington Peninsula, from Mornington to Sorrento
·       Require assistance with personal care, grooming, domestic cleaning, meal preparation, medication assistance and transportation.
·       Requires companionship and personal one-on-one attention with empathetic an compassionate carers to brighten their day.
 
We need from you:
 

Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Cert III Individual Support, Cert III HACC or nursing qualification or be studying towards one or Cert IV Disability
 
 
Experience in aged care, preferably community care
 
 
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care-plans
 
 
Current full or probationary Australian drivers’ license and own, reliable vehicle that is registered and insured
 
 
Current First Aid and CPR and Police Check or willingness to obtain 
 
Covid vaccinations (3 doses) and willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccine
