We are looking for 30 qualified Personal Cares to join our Casual Bank to pick up ad hoc shifts, fill gaps in our staff rosters and cover for when our staff are on leave.

We are currently recruiting for qualified Personal Care Assistants to join our CASUAL BANK and pick up ad-hoc shifts here and there, cover for our staff when they are on leave and cover for staff who are unwell. You will be caring for our elderly &/or disabled clients all over Melbourne. Successful candidates must be available at least 2 weekdays per week both mornings and afternoons (school hours is fine).
Our CASUAL BANK staff understand they may not get much work initially but we will build you a roster over the first 3 months of employment.
You will be travelling to our clients' private home/s to assist them with a variety of things including personal care, meal preparation assistance, domestic cleaning, transportation, social support and respite.

We need from you:
*Aged Care Qualification (minimum Cert III)
*Experience working with the elderly
*Must be able to do at least 2 weekdays per week
*Experience working with the elderly

* MUST HAVE current full or probationary drivers’ license and own, reliable vehicle to travel to our clients homes
* Current first aid and CPR or willingness to obtain at own expense
*Current police check or willingness to obtain one and NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* Covid vaccinations (2 doses)
