Employment: Casual
Salary: $38.26 - $84.18 per hour
Criteria: CPR certifications First aid certificate Driver's licence Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) Assist Clients with Medication Skill Set

Specific Requirements for this role:

We are looking for someone who can compliment our existing team members to provide casual relief to ensure our client's needs are met at all times. Must have broad availability as Crisden care provides services 7 days a week from 8:00am - 8:00pm.

Have more availability? Great! As other opportunities arise with our other clients in the area, services may be assigned to you based on your availability.

Requirements:

Cert III in relevant field (minimum)
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable and trustworthy
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, registered and fully insured vehicle

Travel Reimbursement

We understand working in community care means we travel to our clients. Crisden Care pays 99 cents per kilometre for any travel between clients and for any travel completed within a service.

Weekly Payruns

Let's be honest, being paid is the icing on the cake for the work we do. As many of our team use their own vehicles for their work, we don't want you waiting any longer than necessary to be reimbursed for the travel you have completed in the week prior... that's sweet.

Ongoing Education

You'll be supported to continue your ongoing development with our 12 month Training Plan that you'll join, and complete modules on a monthly basis. What's even better? We value our team and want them to develop, so you're paid for your time learning upon completion of each training plan. Fair's fair and all....
