About the Role:
The Clinical Care Co-Ordinator is central to our person-centred approach promise which ensures we aim to enhance the psychological, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical well-being of our residents. 

Essential Requirements of the Role:
  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Experience working in residential aged care (preferred).
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide quality care and exceptional service.
  • Passion for enhancing the lives of older people and for working in aged care.
  • An understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.
  • Respectful approach that supports people based on their choices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as the confidence to work independently.
