She requires assistance with her morning routine which includes personal care assist and some light domestic tasks. These are 1hr visits each day. She is looking for 1 x 1hr weekly visit to assist with her shower and 2 x 2.5hr visits to also include domestic assistance and community access. She requires Monday to Friday 1hr visits to assist with her shower, medications and domestic tasks.
