Five Good Friends are looking for skilled and compassionate support workers to visit our member, who lives in the CBD, on Thursdays for 2 hours cleaning and meal prep assistance.

We’ll help you with everything you need to succeed in growing your own business so you can offer your chosen services to the Clients (we call them Members) you wish to support in your local area. You tell us your services, set your own rate, and tell us when you are available placing you in total control of your work.
About the Opportunity
Our female member is looking for a support worker to visit her on Thursdays every week(around 11am-1pm) for 2 hours of meal prep (make a cup of tea and some lunch) and cleaning assistance. The cleaning tasks are to be spread out over 5 visits per week, support workers to manage the cleaning tasks between themselves.

The cleaning tasks are to be spread out over 5 visits per week, support workers to manage the cleaning tasks between themselves.
Our member prefers that support workers take public transport to her visits as it is only a 3 min walk from her home to a bus stop or train station. If this is not suitable, the member is happy to organise for Concierge to allow the helper to park in her personal car parking spot.
Services will include:
- Domestic Assistance - e.g., cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping
- Companionship - e.g., providing company through friendships, interests, and activities
We have plenty of other Members in the area needing help also! Our platform encourages you to build your business in line with your income needs, you are the boss.
What is needed to apply for this opportunity?
- Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)
- A successful National Police Check issued within the past 2.5 years OR a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or prepared to obtain one)
- Right to work documentation
- Smartphone to use the Five Good Friends app, Lookout.
Additional documentation may be required.
